What this policy covers
This policy covers kidsx.space, the corporate website. Our products — QuestioX, OralStarX and KidsNews — each operate under their own terms and privacy policies, because they handle learner data and this website does not.
What we collect here
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the information you type into it:
- Your name and email address, which are required to reply to you
- Your enquiry type and message
- Optionally, your organisation
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or share enquiry information with third parties. One third party is involved, and only in the enquiry form: see reCAPTCHA below.
reCAPTCHA on the enquiry form
The enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells a person apart from an automated script and is the only reason it is here. It loads when you start filling the form in, not when you open the page, so simply reading this site never contacts Google.
Once it loads, Google receives information about your hardware and software and how you interact with the page in order to make that judgement. That processing is Google's, under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive only a pass or fail result, never the underlying data.
Children's information
This website is intended for adults — teachers, school administrators, parents, partners and business contacts. We do not ask for children's personal information anywhere on it, and our enquiry form should never be used to send it.
If you need to discuss a specific student, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel. Do not put a child's details in a web form.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation — a school pilot, a product question, a partnership, or a development project. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact page and we will action it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are validated and rate-limited on the server, and stored in systems accessible only to the people who need to answer them.
